1. The promoter is Travel Jots .
2. The competition is open to residents of theIndia aged 18 years or over except employees of Travel Jots or being related to @upcoming Startup and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. Multiple entries from the same person are accepted.

7. Closing date for entry will be 10 pm on 19th July. After this time the no further entries to the competition will be permitted. Results will be announced at 10:30 pm.

8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Here’s how you enter the competition.

(a) You need to answer three questions the contest.

(b) You need to RT the 03 media images of questions.

(c) You need to include hashtag #TuesdayExpress.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. All Twitter contests run by @upcomingstartup are open only to Residents of India aged 18 and over. All founders and team members working on Travel Startup, promoted as @upcomingstartup can promote the contest but will not be considered eligible entry for this contest.

12. The winning prize is one Flipkart Vouchers worth INR 500 . It will be awarded to the person who answers the questions correctly. Lucky Draw will be done to choose winner. Also, there will be 01 book each i.e. “Love Whatever that means” to 03 winners.

13. The promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter takes no responsibilities for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

14.  The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 2 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, the promoter’s liability under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the prize draw competition or any other prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by the participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonable foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

16. Prizes are non negotiable, non transferable and non refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

18. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate , modify or suspend the prize draw competition either in whole or part, with or without notice.
